My name is Sarah Opperman. I am so excited to start my first year of teaching at North Branch Elementary! I love all types of art and believe that anyone can be successful as an artist. In my spare time I enjoy painting and ceramics.
I graduated from Michigan State University in 2006 with a BA in K-12 Art Education. I was on MSU's varsity women's rowing team while there, and am still very active now, while there I also dabbled in inner tube water polo. I coach, row occasionally, run and lift weights and play on a co-ed volleyball league. I completed my Masters program in Early Childhood Development in 2015 at Saginaw Valley State University!
I have been married to my wonderful husband Randy for 15 years and we have 6 children. Wyatt- 14, Levi- 12, Jolene- 11 Travis- 9, Silas- 8 and Barrett- 2
